CANCELLATION TIMESCALES

More than 4 weeks before the event:

Delegates who have paid in advance will receive a refund less a £15.00 administration charge.
Delegates who are paying on invoice will be invoiced for only the £15.00 administration charge.
Delegates can nominate someone to take their place with no additional charge.

Between 1 and 4 weeks before the event:

Delegates who have paid in advance will receive a refund of 50% of the course costs, which includes the £15.00 administration charge.
Delegates who are paying on invoice will be invoiced for 50% of the course costs, which includes the £15.00 administration charge.
Delegates can nominate someone to take their place with no additional charge.

Less than one week before the event, or a 'no-show':

Delegates who have paid in advance will not receive a refund.
Delegates who are paying on invoice will be invoiced for the full amount of the course costs.
Delegates can nominate someone to take their place for a £15.00 administration fee.
